It's Official — New iPhone 8 Coming September 12

It's official! This year's iPhone release event is scheduled for September 12 at Apple's new campus.
Few smartphones, if any, generate the same levels of hype as the iPhone. Sure, Samsung's Galaxy S and Note devices are hotly anticipated, but when it comes down to it, an iPhone reveal is like smartphone Christmas — and it's fast approaching. New reports today show that Apple is unveiling the long-awaited iPhone 8 on September 12.

In just two weeks, we'll finally get to see which of the many rumors hold up, as well as what, if anything, Apple has been able to keep under wraps.

We're also anticipating Apple to unveil the iPhone 7S and 7S Plus, the traditional "S-model" upgrade we've come to expect since the iPhone 3GS. While these new devices certainly won't steal the show, they should be considerably cheaper than the rumored $1,000 iPhone 8, which could be a reason for some to choose the 7S or 7S Plus over the shiny anniversary model.
Journalists received their invitations to the event today, which will be held in the Steve Jobs Theater at Apple's new "spaceship" headquarters, Apple Park, in Cupertino, California.

Apple will most likely shut down its online store about six hours before the event, so be prepared to make any last-minute purchases before that time.
Apple hosts a live-stream of the event on its website, as long as you are running Safari on a Mac or iOS device. Apple TV users will have access to the stream through a special app for the event, an Android users can watch as long as they use the VLC player and have the live-stream link.

Also being unveiled at the upcoming event will be iOS 11, Apple's latest operating system for iPad, iPhone, and iPod touch.

Its going to be a long 15 Days, just sit and wait
